We Can Lead Change is sponsoring UNITY IN THE COMMUNITY EVENT on Sunday, September 24th from 11AM- 2PM.
Where: Timbers Office Park (220 W. River Drive, across from Boy Scout Island on Route 31.
No one in our community should ever have to sleep on the street. You can help Lazarus House help people in need find shelter, food, and other support services they need to help get back on their feet. Community members (and groups) are encouraged to drop off urgently needed supplies for Lazarus House in St. Charles.
Current urgent needs include:
- Disposable nitrile gloves size L&XL
- 33 Gallon black garbage bags
- Shelf stable juice
- Disposable cups, 10-16oz plastic or Styrofoam
- 9×13 Disposable aluminum pans
- Solid air fresheners (ex. renuzit)
- Aluminum foil (extra long 18 inches)

Drive up and drop off your donations. Volunteers will make sure your donations get to Lazarus House immediately.
Bonus Way to Help Our Community. Sign Petitions!
After you drop off your donations, take a few moments to take advantage of the opportunity to sign the petitions for your favorite local candidates. Next year is an election year, so getting candidates on the ballot is important.
